Welcome back to Behind the Barn Door - your behind-the-scenes look at life at Cantref Adventure Farm. In Episode 71, we're taking you behind the scenes of one of our most ambitious Pumpkin Festival creations yet - a giant Welsh flag made entirely from pumpkins!

We wanted to create something truly special that celebrates both our Welsh heritage and our love of all things pumpkins. What better way than bringing the iconic Welsh flag to life using hundreds of pumpkins? Follow the journey as our team transforms an ambitious idea into an incredible autumn display.

Our giant Welsh pumpkin flag is one of the exciting new photo opportunities at Cantref's Pumpkin Festival 2026. You can see it for yourself during our daytime Pumpkin Festival and Twilight Pumpkin Nights throughout October.

Want to see our giant Welsh pumpkin flag after dark? Join us for one of our Twilight Pumpkin Nights and enjoy a magical autumn evening at Cantref Adventure Farm.

• Arrival from 5:30pm
• Explore our pumpkin patch and take autumn photos
• Pumpkin picking and carving
• Live music throughout the evening
• S'mores toasting around the fire
• Freshly made pizzas, seasonal drinks and a fully stocked bar

Adults-Only Pumpkin Night - 31st October: We're also hosting a special adults-only evening on Halloween itself, featuring our pumpkin patch, live music, food, drinks and fire show.
