Cantref Bunkhouse accomodation units have been converted into individual 4 star holiday lets. One unit will sleep 8, 1 will sleep 6 and 1 will sleep 4. These units will be ideal for families holidaying in the Brecon Beacons. The Grain Store and Milking Parlour opened June 2021. The Hayloft opened Easter 2022. Available to book now. Each unit has it's own Wood Fired Hot Tub. Free entry into the Farm Park for the duration of your stay. Dogs welcome.

Self Catering Accommodation in the Brecon Beacons

Cantref Bunkhouse Accommodation closed in 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions. This time has been used to convert them into 3 holiday lets ideal for families. Cantref is situated on the foothills of the Brecon Beacons, just outside of Brecon, South Wales, and is the ideal retreat for walkers as we are in walking distance of the Brecon Beacons, ideal for cyclists and mountain bikers, handy for canoeists as we have a large car park which is perfect for trailors & of course it's perfect for groups and families to spend some quality time together. The holiday cottages offer self-catered accommodation with views overlooking the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains.

The Holiday lets are on the doorstep of many outdoor pursuits including climbing, mountain biking, caving and canoeing. The holiday cottages are part of a working farm with a riding centre and adventure farm on site. Guests have free entry into the farm park when it is open at weekends and local school holidays for the duration of their stay. Cantref also offers private VIP Experiences such as goat walking, small animal encounters, be a keeper and pamper a pony session. This makes it the perfect location for a family friendly holiday or short weekend break in the Brecon Beacons National Park

The holiday cottages are 4 miles south east of Brecon where local amenities are available; and we are within walking distance to the mountains.
